This is a school project that's goal was to showcase a product in a dystopian or utopian world. I chose to focus on a dystopian world where it is normal and encouraged for parents to heavily craft their child's social life. I created the disturbing company called, "SubLiminal". SubLiminal is an online subscription program that allows parents to create an AI "friend" for their child, however the child is unaware that this friend is not real thus allowing parents to form their child's views and beliefs through a fake friendship.

Style Tile

Made in Figma, this is a style tile made to showcase the color scheme, font, and menu icons used in the Subliminal app and website prototypes. I wanted to go for a clean, muted, but expensive looking color scheme.

Logo

This is the Logo for SubLiminal, made in Adobe Illustrator. I wanted to signify the user holding hands with their AI “friend”. The title references the subliminal messages that parents are instilling on their kids with the app.

Med-Fidelity Mockup

Made in Figma, this is the initial design before coloring. The layout is somewhat inspired by phone carrier apps.

High-Fidelity Interactive Prototype

These are the frames for the SubLiminal interactive prototype. This also shows notes I made to explain what each menu bar icon would be. I created the avatars in The Sims 4.

Website Mockup

Made with Wix, this is a website for the fictional product assuming it was actually on the market. Also inspired by phone company websites. Visit using the link!
